The Liquid Mixing Specialist is a pivotal role within Project Nuri, our Greenfield CPS Korea facility, and works across manufacturing, engineering, quality, automation, and project teams to bring our brands to market from a brand-new plant. The qualified candidate will be a hands-on liquid mixing expert with previous experience in syrup room, batching, and CIP operations, and in supporting start-ups in a highly automated production environment. What You'll Do for Us Own and drive operational readiness for liquid mixing across the full project lifecycle, and direct interfaces with downstream filling operations, water treatment, and utilities to secure stable syrup and ingredient supply. Lead Detail Design workshops and define operational requirements, production workflows, batching sequences, operational constraints, and exception handling scenarios for liquid mixing, dosing, blending, and CIP processes. Develop operational readiness plans, batch scheduling logic, and production start-up plans, and ensure liquid mixing and syrup room processes are fully ready for commissioning, go-live, and sustained operation. Act as the lead operational SME for liquid mixing equipment, recipes, and formulation processes, and lead equipment design reviews and process capability assessments. Own operational input on batch accuracy, dosing and metering performance, Brix and formulation control, mixing cycle times, changeovers, CIP effectiveness, and troubleshooting requirements. Direct equipment commissioning, functional testing, and operational acceptance for liquid mixing and CIP systems, and lead root-cause analysis and issue resolution during start-up and stabilization. Lead operational implementation and testing for SAP PE, MES, CIMO, and recipe management systems, and own UAT scenarios and operational validation for liquid mixing recipes, BOMs, and batch transactions. Verify production transactions, material consumption, traceability, and operational workflows during testing, and drive identification and closure of operational issues related to manufacturing and recipe systems. Support Installation Qualification (IQ) execution and lead Operational Qualification (OQ) and Performance Qualification (PQ) activities for liquid mixing and CIP systems. Coordinate production start-up sequencing across liquid mixing, water treatment interfaces, and utilities, own process validation and batch consistency verification, and drive closure of deviations and punch-list items. Develop liquid mixing and syrup room SOPs, recipe work instructions, CIP procedures, and troubleshooting guides, and own operational training materials and competency assessment criteria for operators. Lead Train-the-Trainer activities and provide on-floor coaching, technical guidance, and mentoring to liquid mixing operators and team leaders during start-up and ramp-up. Lead deployment of best practices and standards for liquid mixing, dosing, and CIP operations, and drive benchmarking, yield improvement, and operational excellence initiatives. Identify and deliver improvements in batch accuracy, syrup and material loss, water and chemical usage, quality performance, and process reliability, and build a culture of continuous improvement, data-driven decision making, and operational discipline. Qualification & Requirements Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Food Science, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related discipline; equivalent depth of manufacturing operations experience may be considered. Must possess at least 6 years of experience in manufacturing or production operations within beverage, food, FMCG, pharmaceutical, or related industries.
