**_About This Role_**

A Day in the Life of a Contracts Intern:

+ Assisting in a variety of administrative duties for government, commercial and international contracts, proposals, contract review, and contract closeout

+ Preparing and coordinating internal and external business correspondence

+ Maintaining accurate and complete contract files and records for the company

+ Performing tasks in support both internal and external audit teams

+ Reviewing and processing Non\-Disclosure Agreements

+ Performing other contract\-related duties as assigned

**_Qualifications_**

+ What You'll Need

- Currently pursuing or have completed a bachelor’s degree in a Business degree \(including Business Administration, Accounting, Finance and Economics\), legal studies, or other related degree fields\.

- Ability to work directly with a team and to work independently to utilize research techniques to resolve issues, recognize potential and existing problems/challenges, and make timely decisions to ensure their resolution\.

- Strong ethics, values and integrity\.

- Ability to plan, organize, prioritize, coordinate multiple work assignments, and meet critical deadlines\.

- Strong written and oral communication skills\.

- This position requires an individual to be a U\.S citizen with the ability to obtain a security clearance
