HOW YOU WILL MAKE HISTORY HERE… As a Robotics Operator, you will play a key role in supporting automated production operations by safely operating, monitoring, and maintaining robotics and packaging equipment. Your efforts will help ensure efficient production flow, product quality, workplace safety, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. WHAT YOU WILL DO… Safely set up, operate, monitor, and make basic adjustments to robotics and automated packaging equipment. Operate equipment including: Robots 1, 2, and 3 Fallas machines Schubert systems Tumbler equipment Overwrap equipment Pearson equipment Palletizers Rotate among assigned workstations and provide coverage for team members during breaks and schedule changes. Support production schedules by operating equipment efficiently and maintaining expected throughput levels. Perform routine equipment inspections and identify potential operational issues. Complete required production, quality, and operational documentation accurately. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with housekeeping standards. Participate in preventive maintenance activities and communicate equipment concerns to leadership and maintenance personnel. Work collaboratively with team members to support training, cross-training, and production coverage needs. Follow all food safety requirements, GMPs, safety procedures, and company policies. Support continuous improvement initiatives and operational excellence efforts. Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors. WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH… Production Team Members Robotics and Packaging Operators Maintenance Technicians Team Leads and Supervisors Quality Assurance and Food Safety Teams Warehouse and Material Handling Personnel WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE… (MUST HAVE) High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent. Minimum of one year of manufacturing, production, or industrial work experience. Ability to safely operate automated production and packaging equipment. Ability to speak, read, and understand English to safely perform job responsibilities. Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented manufacturing environment. Ability to complete required paperwork and production documentation accurately. Willingness to rotate assignments and support operational coverage needs. Ability to follow food safety, GMP, and workplace safety requirements. Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and varying schedules as business needs require. IT WOULD BE GREAT IF YOU HAVE… (NICE TO HAVE) Previous experience operating robotics, palletizing, packaging, or automated manufacturing equipment. Food manufacturing, food service, or food handling experience. Experience working in a high-speed production environment. Exposure to preventive maintenance programs and equipment troubleshooting. Cross-functional production experience across multiple manufacturing operations. Knowledge of continuous improvement and operational efficiency practices.

Manufacturing environment with automated machinery and moving equipment. Requires standing, walking, bending, reaching, and repetitive movements throughout the shift. Exposure to production noise and active manufacturing operations. Overtime, weekend work, and schedule flexibility may be required. Shift: Graveyard Shift COMPENSATION Pay: $22.65 per hour Shift: 3rd Shift
