 About this opportunity Ericsson is currently seeking a dynamic Domain Support Specialist SAPC, based in Noida, supporting Ericsson network architectures in a 24x7 environment The main purpose is to take full responsibility and ensure configuration/updates/Trouble tickets handling on various Core nodes related to 5G/VoLTE Network. •    We believe in trust – we trust each other to do the right things! •    We believe in taking decisions as close to the product and technical expertise as possible. •    We believe in creativity – trying new things and learning from our mistakes. •    We believe in sharing our insights and helping one another to build an even better user plane. •    We truly believe in happiness, we enjoy and feel passionate about what we do and value each other’s technical competence deeply.   What you will do  •    Troubleshooting on Ericsson SAPC, CCPC and SCP 5G/VoLTE Network.  •    Preventive & Corrective Maintenance. •    Planned Maintenance (Health Checks, Backups etc)  •    Problem Escalations and Follow-ups (TT/CSR/SR)  •    Interface with Customer, 3PP and Ericsson Departments  •    Ensure smooth and quality system/service handover from Project.  •    Outage reporting •    Adherence to Processes    You will bring  •    Expertise on Diameter & HTTP Signaling. •    Diameter & HTTP Cause Codes and its understanding. •    VoLTE/5G Call flows and Call scenarios, Multiple Test Cases, AT and clear understanding. •    Expertise on Ericsson SAPC, vSAPC, CCPC & SCP. •    LTE/4G, VoLTE/IMS and 5G call flows and roaming call flows. •    VoLTE/5G Network Architecture, interfaces, and its subparts. •    Performance & Characteristics of SAPC/PCRF/CCPC/SCP Network Nodes. Key Qualification: •    Education: B.E/B. Tech in Electronics and Communications/Computer Science and Engineering from Reputed University.
