The Changeover Crew is a per-event employee who works specifically in the areas of room setups and arena conversions at the venue. The position is primarily responsible for the changeover in the venue from one event to another. Additionally, a member of the Changeover Crew may be involved in other aspects of building maintenance, to include painting, trash disposal, exterior facility care, snow removal, furniture moving, etc. The Changeover Crew is a vital component of the venue in responding to the needs of promoters and clients. A positive attitude and a positive appearance are essential. This role pays an hourly rate of $12.00. Benefits for Part-Time Roles: 401(k) Savings Plan and 401(k) Matching. This position will remain open until December 25, 2026.

Actively care for all equipment and property by storing, cleaning, and maintaining changeover equipment. Respond and resolve set-up issues promptly as directed by fellow staff and management. Participate in all aspects of the conversion process for events. Setting up and tearing down flooring, chairs, barricades, staging, tables, and other furnishings and equipment. Respond to promoters'/clients' needs as directed. Work extended and/or irregular hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as needed. Perform various duties to ensure the day-to-day operations of the facility are met, including, but not limited to, loading/unloading delivery trucks, transporting trash and waste to the proper disposal area, and replenishing supplies Assist, when necessary, with pre/post event cleaning, including, but not limited to, sweeping, mopping, trash removal, vacuuming, spot cleaning, washing, and carpet cleaning Maintain outside grounds, including parking areas, the garage, entrances, and the event plaza. Perform repairs and maintenance tasks as needed, such as painting, patching, and other conversion-related operational equipment Follow detailed instructions and communicate effectively. Maintain an effective working relationship with other departments, clients, and patrons encountered in the course of employment. Works effectively under pressure and stringent schedules to produce accurate results. Other duties as assigned.

Previous experience with event changeovers is a plus but not required. Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays based on the event schedule. Must be able to work in a manner that is safe and effective. Ability to work effectively under deadlines driven by event schedules and project timelines.
