As an Inside Sales Representative, you'll support sales activities, manage customer accounts, coordinate orders and deliveries, and help drive new business while ensuring an exceptional customer experience. Job Function Manage customer accounts to ensure timely delivery, quality performance, and customer retention Handle inbound and outbound customer communications including phone and email Research prospective leads, identify customer buying trends, and provide reports to management Collaborate with estimating and internal teams to finalize quotes, pricing, and lead times Enter, update, and maintain sales orders and CRM systems for leads, prospects, and customers Develop and maintain professional relationships with customers and support customer service needs Communicate effectively with customers regarding quotes, orders, and material applications Prepare and submit sales reports and performance data as required Work closely with sales teams to support growth and meet customer requirements Perform additional duties as assigned Required Skills To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
