Your impact
You'll have the incredible opportunity to join us at Product Quality and Compliance and play a key role in designing and developing next-generation capabilities. Your role will focus on designing and developing next-generation capabilities to support our architectural transformation and modernization efforts. As a valued member of our team, you'll be responsible for developing and delivering new capabilities using the latest technologies and processes. This means actively coding, debugging, and collaborating with a diverse group of team members. You'll also have the chance to work closely with our talented engineers and interact with our valued business partners, fostering an inclusive and respectful atmosphere. Your responsibilities are: • Working with a team of engineers to design, develop, and build applications in a Scrum Agile environment. • Showcasing your coding skills, debugging any issues, suggesting improvements, reviewing code, and providing solutions to systemic problems. • Ensuring the security of our applications by fixing any vulnerabilities and keeping them secure. • Assist in the development of in-app and role-based AI Agents, focusing on implementing basic security features and supporting multi-agent protocols. • Collaborate with senior engineers to integrate agentic frameworks (such as langraph, langchain, and LLMs) for Ask/Respond functionalities, leveraging data from diverse tech platforms. • Support the creation of Natural Language Interaction (NLI) and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems for enterprise data using enterprise LLMs. • Participate in enabling and testing data connectors (e.g., Oracle, SAP HANA, Snowflake, MongoDB) by helping implement APIs and database drivers to securely retrieve and ingest data. • Contribute to prompt engineering for LLMs exposed via APIs, including parsing basic user input and identifying intent under guidance. • Learn and assist with building and integrating basic AI agent protocols and communication mechanisms (e.g., message formats and transport protocols). • Work under close supervision, contributing to integration layers and inter-agent communication frameworks.
