As a Senior Strategy Consultant within our Media & Creative team, you’ll transform research, data and evidence into strategic recommendations that shape marketing investment, creative effectiveness and long-term brand growth. Drawing on Kantar’s focus on delivering intelligence for brand growth, this role combines analytical rigour with commercial thinking to help clients make confident business decisions. You’ll work with some of the world’s most recognised brands, partnering with senior stakeholders to solve complex business challenges across local and international markets. Acting as a trusted advisor, you’ll uncover meaningful insights, translate complex data into clear business recommendations, and help clients maximise the impact of their media and communications strategies. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced consultant who enjoys combining strategic thinking, client partnership, and leadership. You’ll play a key role in growing client relationships, supporting colleagues’ development, and contributing to the commercial success of both our clients and our business.

Lead client projects from briefing through to delivery, ensuring high-quality outputs and an excellent client experience. Build trusted relationships with clients, acting as a strategic partner on media and creative effectiveness. Analyse research and market data, translating findings into clear and actionable recommendations for marketing, media and brand teams. Deliver compelling presentations and stories that influence decision-making among senior stakeholders. Identify opportunities to strengthen client partnerships, support client retention and contribute to commercial growth. Coach and support junior team members, helping them develop their consulting, analytical and client management skills. The ideal skills and experience Significant experience in marketing, insights, media, consulting or a related field, with the ability to independently manage complex projects. Strong analytical skills and experience turning data and research into strategic business recommendations. Proven success building client relationships and influencing senior stakeholders. Excellent communication, storytelling and presentation skills. Strong project management and organisational capabilities. Experience gained within a media, marketing, creative or communications agency environment would be highly advantageous. Fluent in Dutch and English, with a strong understanding of the Dutch media and marketing landscape. Curious, commercially minded and motivated by solving complex business challenges.
