We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Specialist, Fraud Detection/Surveillance Representative - Check Review Operator to join our Fraud Hub team . This role is located in Pittsburgh, PA . In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: The role requires the ability to identify suspicious signatures and red flags on checks that may indicate fraudulent activity. Responsibilities include conducting comprehensive check reviews for both Signature and Antinori, encompassing operator, supervisor and quality control assessments, as well as releasing files to clients. The position also involves collaborating with an offshore team and responding to requests for assistance or information as needed. Daily duties consist of reviewing client decisions, filing incident reports with supporting documentation when appropriate, and maintaining various logs to support day-to-day operations. Additional tasks include printing, cropping and quality controlling signature cards, as well as printing and reviewing various reports to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of daily work. The role extends to processing and completing both internal and external requests, effectively managing individual cases within the work queue, and handling domestic collections. To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Criminal Justice, or a related field. Relevant certifications in fraud detection or financial crime prevention are advantageous. 0-5 years of experience. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, essential for identifying and assessing potential fraud risks. Excellent communication skills for effectively collaborating with team members and presenting findings. Proficiency in using fraud detection software and data analysis tools to enhance surveillance efforts.
