Must have skills : ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF) Good to have skills : ServiceNow Human Resource Service Delivery (HRSD) Minimum 5 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary: We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Test Lead with expertise in ServiceNow testing, Automated Test Framework, test strategy, and test coordination. The role involves defining test approaches, leading end-to-end testing activities, driving automation adoption, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring high-quality ServiceNow releases across multiple modules and integrations. Roles & Responsibilities: Define and execute the overall testing strategy for ServiceNow implementations, enhancements, and releases. Lead functional, integration, regression, SIT, UAT, and production validation testing activities. Design, develop, maintain, and optimize automated test suites using ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF) to improve test coverage and release efficiency. Coordinate testing activities across business, development, integration, and project teams. Manage defect lifecycle including defect triage, prioritization, root-cause analysis, and closure validation. Ensure test coverage across ServiceNow modules, integrations, workflows, security, and reporting capabilities. Define and track quality KPIs including defect leakage, automation coverage, test execution progress, release readiness, and overall quality metrics Mentor and guide test engineers, review test artifacts, and drive testing best practices. Supprt audit, compliance, and governance requirements by maintaining required testing documentation and traceability. Prepare test plans, test execution reports, quality metrics, and release readiness assessments for stakeholders. Professional & Technical Skills: Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow testing across HRSD, ITSM, CSM, Employee Center, or other ServiceNow modules. Expertise in ServiceNow Automated Test Framework, including design, execution, maintenance, and optimization of automated test suites. Experience creating test strategies, test plans, test scenarios, test cases, and test execution reports. Strong understanding of integration testing, API testing, data validation, workflow testing, and end-to-end business process testing. Experience coordinating testing activities across multiple teams and stakeholders. Strong analytical, defect management, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Experience leading test teams, mentoring junior testers, and driving quality assurance initiatives Additional Information: The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in ServiceNow Human Resource Service Delivery (HRSD). This position is based at our Bengaluru office. A 15 years full time education is required Knowledge of test automation tools, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps testing practices. Exposure to ServiceNow AI capabilities, Virtual Agent, Now Assist, and automation solutions.
