You will create exceptional first impressions and workplace experiences through comprehensive front-of-house services, managing everything from visitor reception and meeting coordination to pantry management and facilities inspections. We believe the most effective teams are built when everyone is empowered to thrive, and in this dynamic position, you will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding client service by proactively engaging stakeholders, building effective relationships across all organizational levels, and maintaining professional workplace environments that enable productivity and collaboration. An overview of the role: Perform office opening and closing procedures while greeting guests, working closely with onsite security team, and managing visitor badge issuance Manage meeting room scheduling, coordination, and event bookings while maintaining professional appearance of all meeting rooms and reception areas Oversee pantry program development including ordering weekly snack, fruit, and beverage supplies while maintaining kitchen areas and tracking spend Maintain Site PO Trackers and ensure financial processes are followed while assisting with invoicing and budget oversight Conduct facilities inspections, raise issues via Corrigo timely, facilitate vendor/contractor inductions, and report EHS matters onsite Sounds like you?
