Design, implement and maintain Java and React based application within all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) Support for deployment activities Develop, test, implement and maintain application software working with established processes Communicate effectively with other engineers and QA Establish, refine and integrate development and test environment tools and software as needed Identify production and non-production application issues Identify opportunities to fine-tune and optimize applications of Java developed projects Perform code review and code optimization Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent 7+ years of IT experience 2+ years of Healthcare experience 2+ years of React working experience 1+ years of Mongo DB work experience Experience in developing Microservice architecture based application Experience in using AI tools and knowledge of RAG Experience in working in Agile/Scrum frameworks Working knowledge of Azure Knowledge of CI/CD tools Working knowledge of Kafka Java, React JS and MongoDB & Oracle REST API development At UnitedHealth Group, our mission is to help people live healthier lives and make the health system work better for everyone.
