We are looking for an experienced Materials Engineer to join our team for an Infrastructure Project in Abu Dhabi, UAE .

Monitor and supervise material-related activities on the project. Review and approve material submittals, technical data sheets, samples, and certificates. Ensure materials comply with approved project specifications, standards, and contract requirements. Review laboratory and field test results and verify compliance with project requirements. Monitor material testing, sampling, and inspection activities. Coordinate with the Contractor, laboratories, suppliers, and site supervision team regarding material-related issues. Inspect delivered materials and verify compliance with approved submittals. Maintain proper records of material approvals, testing, inspections, and non-conformances. Identify and report any unsuitable or non-compliant materials and follow up on corrective actions. Provide technical support to the Resident Engineer and QA/QC team on material-related matters.

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Materials Engineering, or a related field. Relevant experience in infrastructure, roads, and civil construction projects . Strong knowledge of construction materials, testing procedures, and applicable standards. Experience in reviewing material submittals and laboratory/field test results. Good knowledge of QA/QC procedures and project specifications. Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
