The Marketing Specialist will shape integrated campaigns and go-to-market plans across multiple categories, working closely with licensees, retailers, agencies, and cross-functional Netflix teams to bring compelling product stories and fan experiences to life. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, has a strong understanding of Korean consumers and culture, and knows how to turn local insights into creative marketing opportunities. They will stay closely aligned with regional and global Consumer Products teams while ensuring that our local marketing initiatives feel relevant and impactful in Korea.
