Job Responsibilities / Phạm vi công việc 1)      Underwriting technical and Innovative Underwriting Practices ( Phương pháp thẩm định đổi mới) ·       Underwrite new proposals/existing policies within approved authority (Thẩm định hồ sơ bảo hiểm trong quyền hạn cho phép) ·       Implement and adapt cutting-edge underwriting techniques that leverage emerging technologies (e.g., artificial intelligence, machine learning) to improve accuracy and speed in decision-making. (Triển khai và điều chỉnh các kỹ thuật thẩm định tiên tiến tận dụng công nghệ mới nổi (ví dụ: trí tuệ nhân tạo, học máy) nhằm cải thiện độ chính xác và tốc độ trong việc ra quyết định). ·       Stay updated on industry trends and advancements, proposing and executing innovative solutions that enhance the underwriting process. (Cập nhật các xu hướng và tiến bộ trong ngành, đề xuất và thực hiện các giải pháp đổi mới nhằm nâng cao quy trình thẩm định). ·       Develop and update underwriting guidelines based on technical standards and market conditions. (Phát triển và cập nhật các hướng dẫn thẩm định dựa trên các tiêu chuẩn kỹ thuật và điều kiện thị trường). 2)      Data Analytics and Risk Assessment ( Phân tích dữ liệu và đánh giá rủi ro) ·       Analyze underwriting and operational data to identify trends, risk patterns, quality issues, and automation opportunities. (Phân tích dữ liệu thẩm định và vận hành nhằm xác định xu hướng, mô hình rủi ro, vấn đề chất lượng và cơ hội tự động ) ·       Prepare regular and ad‑hoc underwriting reports, dashboards, and management insights (e.g. decision mix, STP rate, TAT, rework rate, key risk indicators). (Lập các báo cáo định kỳ hoặc theo yêu cầu và phân tích phục vụ cho việc quản lý (ví dụ: tỉ lệ quyết định, tỷ lệ STP, TAT, tỷ lệ làm lại, chỉ số rủi ro) ·       Support post‑implementation reviews through data‑driven assessment of underwriting initiatives and process changes (Hỗ trợ đánh giá sau triển khai thông qua phân tích dữ liệu về hiệu quả của các sáng kiến và thay đổi quy trình/hệ thống thẩm định) 3)      Underwriting Projects, Automation, New Capabilities,  Process Optimization (Dự án, tự động hóa, xây dựng năng lực mới, tối ưu hóa quy trình) ·       Participate in underwriting‑related projects covering underwriting rules, systems, digital/AI initiatives, automation/STP, regulatory changes, and campaigns. (Tham gia các dự án thẩm định liên quan đến quy tắc, hệ thống, sáng kiến số hóa, tự động hóa/STP, thay đổi pháp lý và các chương trình thi đua) ·       Act as a business SME, working with IT, Operations, Compliance, Legal, Medical, and Distribution throughout design, UAT, and implementation. (Đóng vai trò SME nghiệp vụ, phối hợp với IT, Vận hành, Tuân thủ, Pháp chế, Y khoa và Kênh phân phối trong thiết kế, UAT và triển khai) ·       Contribute to the design and enhancement of underwriting automation and STP capabilities, including rule‑based logic, reflexive questions, automated decision paths, and exception handling.
