As a Senior Supervisor, Industrial Engineering, you will lead the Industrial Engineering function and drive a culture of Continuous Improvement across the organization. You will spearhead Kaizen, VSM, and SMED initiatives, develop team capabilities, and partner with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and operational performance. This role serves as a key change agent, promoting innovation, efficiency, and sustainable business results.

As a Senior Supervisor, Industrial Engineering , you'll be responsible for:   Lead the Industrial Engineering department. Develop and implement continuous improvement projects. Coordinate Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping (VSM), and SMED events.

We are looking for people who are proactive. If this is you, get in touch.   As a minimum you must have:   Minimum of 5 years of experience in Continuous Improvement. At least 2 years of experience leading and developing teams. Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field. Conversational English proficiency.
