Overview Support the Paychex Go-to-Market teams with data driven decision making to optimize our go-to-market strategies. Responsible for supporting the design, implementation, and management reporting and analytics projects that provide critical insights into our business performance and effectiveness of our sales motions. Responsibilities Support the GTM Reporting and Analytics projects and initiatives for assigned market teams. Uses quantitative and analytics skills to design, create and maintain reports, business intelligence dashboards, financial growth models, and briefs. Possess elite drive and attention to detail to provide positive support to team and project leaders. Stay up to date on HCM market trends analyzing 3rd party and proprietary data to gather insights. Collaborate with documentation and version control to maximize the efficiency and sustainability of new and existing reporting solutions. Supports senior team members who make recommendations for KPIs, definitions, forecasting models, OKRs and other performance metrics. Collaborates cross functionally with internal and external teams serving as a resource on projects, research assignments and similar. Supports projects and initiatives with direction or guidance from senior team members and leadership. Performs other related duties as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, Statistics, Finance or Similar - Preferred 1 year of experience in Working with technical revenue operations, sales operations or similar teams and proven capability to strategically problem-solve using advanced quantitative and analytical skills. 1 year of experience in Using Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or comparable data visualization tools. 1 year of experience in SQL, Python, R, C# or similar. Compensation In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share that the starting base pay range for this position is $56,700-$89,100 annually. Please keep in mind that this range is the base pay only and does not consider other components that make up the total rewards package for the position. If you are hired at Paychex, your overall compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience which may result in total compensation outside of this range.
