Human Resource Generalist Intern (GBS) - 2027 Start

We’re looking for a passionate and proactive HR intern to join our EU HR team, with a focus on People Queries, Collating data, HR Presentations, Team Culture, and Strategic HR Projects. In this role, you’ll play a key part in shaping the employee experience across UK and regional client solutions teams.

We are looking for talented individuals to join us for an internship. Our internship program offers students hands-on experience, industry exposure, and opportunities to apply their knowledge to real-world challenges while building a strong foundation for personal and professional growth. Interns will gain practical experience, explore potential career paths, and participate in social events, learning programs, and development workshops alongside industry professionals. Responsibilities: -People Queries: Understand, learn and respond to People-related queries and help support execution of any documentation/ presentations - Culture & Team Engagement: Drive and support any culture-related projects - HR Projects & Operations: Contribute to HR projects for the business areas that the HR lead supports, including analytics, operations, and process improvements - Initiative & Impact: Identify meaningful HR initiatives that enhance team collaboration and employee experience - Administrative tasks: Support in day to day management of all people-related admin tasks
