Standard Job Description 
 Performs the inspection of demonstrator and production aircraft for functional operation and conformance to government and company standards and specifications. Inspects the installation and operation of electrical, electronic, hydraulic, pneumatic, fuel, oil, and emergency systems and other parts and equipment of aircraft. May perform preflight and postflight inspections in accordance with standard procedure on flight-proven aircraft. May inspect any adjustments, repairs, or modifications made on the aircraft. May monitor and verify quality in accordance with statistical process or other control procedures. Demonstrates expertise in specialized functions, encompassing a comprehensive understanding of general and techincal aspects of the job. Applies knowledge to solve complex problems and handle challenging situations.  Performs nonstandard and complex tasks using advanced techniques and in-depth discipline knowledge. Analyzes requirements for special projects, recommends methods and processes,conducts research, and assists in investigational studies. Supports the design and development of new or modified equipment, methods, or systems for enhanced performance. Evaluates and resolves calibration and troubleshooting issues. Works with minimal supervision, often without established procedures. Provides leadership, mentoring, and may assign work to others, including lower-level employees. Basic Qualifications 
 Must hold or eligible to obtain a Top Secret Clearance Minimum 8 years Flight Ops and/or Flight Test Experience   Desired Skills 
 Knowledge of aviation flight test maintenance environments Experience with modifications, executing change requests, performing Engineer Periodic Inspections Information Technology familiarity Experience documenting and communicating non-conforming material to Engineering for disposition Understanding of aviation configuration management  Minimum 4 years of Quality Related experience Pay Information Full-Time Salary Range: $60300.00 - $112100.00 At Lockheed Martin, we know mission success starts with taking care of our people.
