 POSITION OVERVIEW Industrial Electrician – Cincinnati, OH: As a part of our manufacturing group, you will be responsible for supporting production packaging and processing operations, sanitation and participation in startup, changeover, and shutdown of operating equipment. Shift hours: 8-hour shifts, 7 days a week Currently hiring for 2nd and/or 3rd shift 1st shift: 7 am to 3 pm 2nd shift: 3 pm to 11 pm 3rd shift: 11 pm to 7 am Ability and willingness to work overtime, any shift, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays Plant operation is 24 hours a day, 7 days per week Pay: $37.31 after 6 months $34.43 per hour starting Additional $.35 per hour for hours worked on 2nd shift Additional $.41 per hour for hours worked on 3rd shift Overtime Pay Time worked after 8 hours of work is paid at 1.5 times regular rate of pay Time worked over 40 hours in a work week is 1.5 times regular rate of pay Time worked on Saturday is paid at 1.5 times regular rate of pay Time worked on Sunday is paid at 2 times (double pay) regular rate of pay Holiday pay (if eligible for holiday pay and holiday is worked, 2x double pay + holiday pay) Benefits: 5 days of PTO offered after 1st year of employment 3 Personal Holidays 3 Paid Emergency Days 2 unpaid Emergency Days 10 plant Holidays Great paid time off benefits 401(k) match Pension Health Insurance- Including medical, dental and life And much more! KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES As part of our manufacturing team, you will: Support production packaging and processing operations. Support sanitation operations. Participate in the startup, changeover, and shutdown of operating equipment. Create high-quality foods that are eaten every day, nationwide. Use technology in an industry-leading facility. Safely respond to equipment support calls and troubleshoot and repair automated equipment, control systems, motors, drives, and related electrical components. Design and lay out circuits; install fixtures, conduit, wiring, motors, electrical equipment, and components; and build or install electrical cabinets. Use standard electrical test equipment to diagnose AC/DC drives, motors, controls, and other electrical equipment. Perform uptime and downtime preventive maintenance, identify developing equipment defects, optimize preventive-maintenance plans, and support spare-parts stocking strategies. Provide technical support for equipment troubleshooting and modifications, identify related mechanical issues, and help resolve equipment downtime.
