Senior Developer – AML

We are seeking a Senior Developer with 6–9 years of experience to provide technical leadership and deliver AML projects end to end. The candidate should have strong hands-on expertise in Oracle, SQL, Unix Shell Scripting, and Unix environments, along with proven experience leading AML application development and delivery.

Lead AML projects end to end, covering requirements analysis, technical design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.   Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams throughout the project lifecycle.   Develop, enhance, and maintain AML applications and related components.   Design, develop, and optimize SQL queries and database processes using Oracle.   Develop and maintain Unix Shell Scripts for batch processing, automation, and system operations.   Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.   Troubleshoot application, database, and batch-processing issues and provide timely resolutions.   Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, QA, infrastructure, and other technical teams.   Conduct code reviews and ensure compliance with development and coding standards.   Support application deployment, production releases, incident resolution, and performance tuning.   Identify technical risks and recommend appropriate solutions to ensure successful project delivery.   Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance to the team.

6–9 years of relevant software development experience.   Strong experience working on AML (Anti-Money Laundering) projects/platforms .   Proven experience as a Technical Lead delivering AML projects end to end.   Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Database .   Strong proficiency in SQL .   Strong experience with Unix Shell Scripting .   Good working knowledge of Unix operating systems .   Nice-to-Have Skills:   Experience in the banking or financial services domain.   Knowledge of AML transaction monitoring, customer screening, and financial crime compliance processes.   Experience integrating AML platforms with other banking or enterprise systems.   Experience in batch processing and production support environments.   Knowledge of application performance tuning and optimization.   Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.   Experience mentoring developers and leading technical teams.   About Accenture Accenture is a leading global professional services company that helps the world’s leading businesses, governments and other organizations build their digital core, optimize their operations, accelerate revenue growth and enhance citizen services—creating tangible value at speed and scale.
