Working alongside a global network of underwriting, claims, legal, operations, and risk professionals, you will help implement compliant, seamless insurance programs that meet clients’ evolving needs. Combining deep local market knowledge with global expertise, AIG Multinational delivers consistent, world-class solutions that help clients manage cross-border risks wherever business takes them How you will make an impact AIG’s Summer Interns are immersed in the day-to-day operations of a fast-moving, global insurance company. During the 9-week program, you will gain valuable, hands-on experience and insurance industry knowledge, working with leaders on dynamic projects, with plenty of opportunity for challenges, learning and achievement. Summer Interns join one of our key business teams, which offers a unique opportunity to obtain core technical knowledge and professional skills in a diverse environment. In addition to meaningful on-the-job experiences, interns will join instructor-led masterclasses, hear directly from senior leaders, and build meaningful connections through mentoring circles, networking events and volunteering.

Education Requirements Bachelor’s or Master’s degree to be received no later than June 2028 (unofficial transcript required upon application). Program Requirements Available for the complete Summer Internship Program from June 7 through August 6, 2027. Summer Intern positions are in-person opportunities, requiring interns to work in the office at least four days per week. Core Qualifications Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in a professional environment. Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with strong attention to detail. Ability to collaborate effectively, manage multiple priorities, and adapt in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
