Job Overview

This role drives the strategic development and expansion of T-Mobile's Enterprise Operating Plan (EOP) capability — an AI-powered platform built to deliver speed to insights across functions and P&Ls. It involves developing a multi-phased roadmap, partnering with enterprise functions and P&Ls to understand their needs, and orchestrating execution in partnership with the Data COE and FP&A. The role owns change management and onboarding, ensuring enterprise functions are equipped to adopt and operate within the EOP as capabilities expand. Success is measured by the pace and quality of capability expansion, enterprise adoption, and progress toward the EOP vision. The work directly influences how T-Mobile's leadership sees, steers, and acts on enterprise performance.

Job Responsibilities

Serve as the business lead for EOP tool development — defining what the platform needs to deliver, setting priorities, and ensuring the roadmap reflects enterprise function and P&L needs (25%) Engage enterprise functions and P&L leaders to understand gaps, opportunities, and requirements, translating business needs into clear direction for Data COE partners (20%) Drive cross-functional alignment on development priorities, managing competing stakeholder needs and keeping execution on track against the EOP vision (20%) Lead change management and onboarding as new capabilities are rolled out — including training, adoption planning, and ensuring enterprise functions are equipped to operate within the EOP (15%) Create presentation materials and executive communications on roadmap progress, capability milestones, and strategic vision to facilitate leadership decision-making (10%) Partner with financial planning and analysis teams to manage budget considerations and resource alignment within the EOP program (5%) Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed (5%) Education and Work Experience Bachelor's Degree and 7 years of related work experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience (Required) 7-10 years in Strategy, Operations, Program Management, or Business Partnership roles (Preferred) Telecommunications (Preferred) Knowledge, Skills and Abilities ( Required) Business Acumen Business Metrics Business Partnership & Stakeholder Engagement Business Process Improvements Communication Cross-Functional Collaboration Cross-Functional Project Management Data-Driven Decision Making Executive Presence People Management Presentation Preparations Process Improvements Program Management Relationship Building Risk Management Strategic Alignment Strategic Planning Strategic Thinking At least 18 years of age Legally authorized to work in the United States Travel : Travel Required (Yes/No): No DOT Regulated : DOT Regulated Position (Yes/No): No Safety Sensitive Position (Yes/No): No   Base Pay Range: $107,400 - $193,900 Corporate Bonus Target: 20% The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role.
