Netflixオリジナルのドラマシリーズ・映画作品を、制作の観点から管理・支援するCoordinator, Production Management を募集しています。ベンダー・スタッフ・クルーと信頼関係を築きながら、実写制作におけるスケジュールを的確に管理し、作品リードを支える存在として活躍いただきます。プリプロダクションから納品まで一貫してベストプラクティスを実践・提案し、より良い制作体制づくりに貢献できるポジションです。本チームは、Netflix Japan Branded 作品の全タイトルにわたる実写制作の全工程を統括する役割を担っています。

* 制作会社やフリーランスプロデューサーのNetflixシステム・ツールへの申請・登録オンボーディングをコーディネートする

* Netflixシステムへの制作関連データの入力・管理を行う

* 制作現場でのプロデューサー経験2年以上、またはアシスタントプロデューサー経験5年以上；スクリプテッドコンテンツ（映画・シリーズ）の制作経験必須

* 自分よりもチームやNetflixにとって最善のことを優先できること

* Googleエコシステム（ドキュメント・スプレッドシート・スライド・メール・ドライブ等）の活用経験はプラス

We are seeking an experienced Coordinator, Production Management to help manage both internal and third-party co-productions of Netflix Original titles (Film/Series) from a physical production perspective. Responsibilities include establishing and curating vendor & staff/crew relations, ensuring all Production Management deadlines are established and met, assisting the Production Management title lead with administration, and supporting/suggesting best practices from pre-production through delivery. Together, this team is responsible for supervising all aspects of the physical production processes across the Netflix Originals Japan slate.

A successful candidate will be self-motivated, proactive, quick-thinking, flexible, able to pivot when necessary, thorough, and able to juggle multiple and diverse responsibilities with a strong emphasis on organization and unwavering attention to detail at all times. This is a demanding and fast-moving position that requires someone who is a proactive and positive thinker, and able to exercise good judgment and initiative while working with a high-volume production slate.

* Provide day-to-day operational support to managers across all production tasks

* Set up and coordinate kick-off and ongoing production meetings internally and externally, including for co-productions

* Identify and curate production staff, crew, filming locations, and vendors

* Support managers with title scheduling, budget management, and script breakdown

* Onboard production companies and freelance producers to Netflix systems and tools

* Enter and maintain production data in Netflix systems
