We’re looking for a  Product Manager for Cerebrospinal Fluid (CSF) Management to lead downstream marketing initiatives for one of Medtronic’s oldest portfolios, serving Hydrocephalus and Neurological Critical Care conditions. You’ll develop and execute strategic marketing plans, manage pricing and budget, and craft compelling stories that resonate with customers and leadership alike. Drive strategic marketing planning and execution for the product portfolio, aligned with business objectives and market needs. Manage the product lifecycle, including launches, portfolio optimization, and end-of-life strategies. Develop and execute market strategies and campaigns to drive demand and ensure a consistent customer journey. Partner closely with Sales to support demand generation, pipeline acceleration, and commercial effectiveness. Develop value propositions grounded in market insights, clinical evidence, and competitive analysis. Collaborate cross-functionally with teams such as Sales, Customer Service, Sales Operations, Pricing, Supply Chain, CST Operations, Regulatory, and Quality, among others. Monitor market performance and customer insights to inform strategic decisions and optimize portfolio results. Lead the development and execution of the annual marketing plan for demand generation, including budgeting, forecasting, and investment strategy. Execute marketing programs focused on customer acquisition, retention, and integrating voice-of-customer insights. Lead event and convention marketing efforts to elevate brand presence and engage key audiences. Prepare and present compelling, data-driven updates to leadership using strategic storytelling to drive alignment and action.
