General content management, creation and publishing of release notes. • Assist with testing activities using project testing tool. Support automated testing requirements and test data prep • Assist with daily incident and change requests through resolution using supported tracking tools Support daily operational reporting and metrics • Perform transactional data updates to SAP as needed Basic Qualifications: • Bachelor degree or higher in from an accredited university • Minimum of five (5) years combined job related experience in Customer Service, SC, Logistics, and/or Information Technology fields • Thanks and Regards.
