The following position is to join our RTX Corporate Global Ethics & Compliance (GEC) Team: The Corporate Global Ethics & Compliance (GEC) team has an exciting opportunity for an energetic Specialist, to join our GEC Operations team. This role reports to the Associate Director of GEC Education and will play a key part in learning operations by managing ECEC knowledge content, supporting Help Desk interactions, maintaining learning records and reports, and overseeing GEC Learning SharePoint sites. The role also contributes to learning material quality, standard work documentation , and project management for course development. The GEC Operations team has responsibility for GEC education, communications, policies, risk assessment, monitoring & testing program and overall GEC program management. Location(s): Remote role with some travel required, up to 10% of the time.
What You Will Do
Develop and maintain ECEC knowledge articles for both Help Desk personnel and employees. Interface with RTX Help Desk, providing guidance and resolving inquiries. Enter and track learning completions in ECEC. Create and maintain custom ECEC reports as needed. Manage GEC Learning SharePoint sites. Assist with proofreading and quality‑check learning materials. Document standard work processes for GEC Learning, ECEC, and related areas. Support project management activities for course development. Capture and maintain meeting minutes. Contribute to various GEC projects and initiatives as assigned Qualifications You Must Have: Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience. Strong project management skills: timeline management, defining deliverables and coordinating with various stakeholders, prioritization, and organizational skills to meet deadlines and achieve desired results. Have the ability to manage competing priorities, and meet multiple goals, plans and milestones.
