Intelligence Security Cooperation Specialist The Opportunity: As an intelligence security cooperation spe cia list on our team, you’ll help your client manage and plan operational and strategic intelligence security cooperation initiatives, foreign liaison activities, and General Military Intelligence ( GMI ) activities in support of Command priorities. Using your knowledge of various partner nation requirements, you’ll plan, organize, and execute partner nation e nga gement activities, including exchanges, conferences, senior leader visits, or training, as requested by senior leaders. You’ll coordinate activities with component commands, combat support agencies, and US country teams. As the authority on security cooperation, your client will look to you to provide advice on intelligence sharing policy , foreign intelligence partnering activities, and liaison protocol issues. You’ll also be asked to identify partner nation requirements and support the develop ment of country campaign plans, senior leader trip books, briefings and presentations of intelligence security cooperation activities, often with tight deadlines in an operational environment. You’ll share your expertise with other analysts through leadership and mentoring. You Have: 6+ years of experience with planning, evaluating, analyzing, and monitoring Intelligence and SIGINT activities 6+ years of experience implementing Intelligence Security Cooperation activities Experience in working with NATO organizations Experience with Tactical or Operations SIGINT activities Experience with Intelligence Security Cooperation in the European theater Experience with project coordination and management Ability to display flexibility and work well with all levels of management including foreign partners TS/SCI clearance Bachelor's degree with 6+ years of experience with intelligence analysis, Master’s degree and 2+ years of experience with intelligence analysis, or 10+ years of experience with intelligence analysis in lieu of a degree Nice If You Have: Experience working with National and Combat Support Agencies Experience with working in a geographic combatant command Experience with using Micro sof t Office Knowledge of EUCOM’s Theater Campaign Plan or Order Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills Possession of excellent analytical, research, and interpersonal skills Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information ; TS/SCI clearance is required.
