As the Corporate Communications Systems & Design Specialist , you will have the opportunity to help shape The Toro Company (TTC) employee experience by combining your expertise in internal communications software, graphic design and writing. You will manage and optimize global internal communications technology platforms by serving as platform administrator, designer, power user and trainer, while also ensuring TTC’s communications are effective, visually engaging, on-brand and aligned with company priorities. What Will You Do? In order to grow and build a successful career with The Toro Company, you will be responsible for: Serve as the primary administrator and subject matter expert for internal communications systems, including intranet, email, digital signage, project management and other digital communication tools. Manage platform governance, user access, workflows, training, content standards and best practices for all digital communication tools. Partner with IT and external vendors on platform enhancements, integrations, upgrades, troubleshooting and ongoing issue resolution. Design digital and print communication materials, including graphics, signage, infographics, templates, PowerPoint presentation assets and campaign materials that align with TTC brand standards. Contribute to the creation of engaging employee-facing content for the intranet, digital signage, email communications and other internal channels. Use analytics, employee feedback and channel performance data to recommend improvements that enhance communication effectiveness, adoption and the employee experience. Evaluate and implement AI-enabled tools and workflows that improve content creation, design, publishing, analytics and communications efficiency. Provide consultative support and training to content contributors and internal clients, helping them develop, maintain and publish effective content across communication platforms. Manage communication templates, media assets, content libraries and publishing processes to ensure channels remain current, useful, consistent and on-brand. Perform other related duties as assigned. What Do You Need? To be considered for this role, an individual should meet the following minimal requirements: Bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, marketing, graphic design, digital media, information systems or related field preferred. Equivalent work experience considered. 5+ years of experience in corporate communications, digital communications, intranet management, content management, graphic design or related fields. Experience administering digital communication platforms, intranets, content management systems or similar technologies. Demonstrated writing, editing and proofreading skills, with the ability create clear, engaging employee-focused content. Strong visual design skills and proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign. Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint skills, including presentation design, executive presentation support and visual storytelling. Strong
