Leveraging extensive experience and AI-enabled delivery, we support customers in navigating complexity as they meet today's needs and transition to more sustainable solutions. General Purpose of Role This role exists to strengthen end-to-end project delivery across the United States by partnering with US Operational leaders and the Americas Project Delivery leadership team. The role will translate FY2027 priorities into consistent execution, deploy co-developed best practices, learnings and training, and strengthen project governance, resource connectivity, Global Integrated Delivery (GID) capability and quality assurance. The leader will supplement the existing Project Delivery leadership team with a primary United States focus, while maintaining alignment with Americas and Global Functional leadership. The role will directly report to the SVP, US, Global Operations and have a dotted-line reporting relationship to the SVP, Project Delivery Services, Americas. Key Accountabilities Customer/Stakeholder Advocacy Partner with US Operational leaders to understand portfolio and project needs, remove delivery barriers and provide practical Project Delivery support. Promote customer-focused outcomes by reinforcing predictable delivery, early escalation, “no surprises” behaviors and assurance of quality project outcomes. Support pre-award proposal development, differentiated delivery strategies, project initiation and mobilization for strategically important opportunities. Global Alignment and Consistency Translate Americas Project Delivery FY2027 goals, Global Functional requirements and agreed best practices into actionable US deployment plans. Work across all Project Delivery Functions, including Project Leadership, Engineering, Construction, Supply Chain, Project Controls, Quality and related disciplines, without duplicating functional accountabilities. Create consistent adoption of integrated, end-to-end, data-centric EPC/EPCm work processes, tools, standards and training across selected US locations and projects. Business and Project Performance Support US Operations in growing full project delivery capability, with particular emphasis on Houston as a major project hub and on higher-risk or complex projects. Develop strong relationships with GID Project Delivery and Operations leaders; help projects define fit-for-purpose workshare strategies, clear divisions of responsibility and progressive improvement in GID/workshare performance against approved plans and budgets. Champion commercial acumen, disciplined change management, quantity trending, cost and schedule forecasting, data governance, risk management and reduction of write-offs and revenue at risk. Promote innovation, automation, AI-enabled improvements and integrated digital tools that improve delivery efficiency and competitiveness.
