Work Mode At Boston Scientific, we value collaboration and synergy. This role follows a onsite work model, requiring employees to be in our local office five days per week. Key Responsibilities Manage ERP Transactions (Fishbowl ERP) • Issue routers and production travelers to manufacturing teams. • Create, update, and close production work orders in Fishbowl ERP. • Maintain accurate system records for material movements, consumption, and work order status. Inventory Control & Cycle Counting • Perform routine cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy inside the cleanroom. • Investigate and reconcile discrepancies between physical counts and system quantities. • Support continuous improvement of inventory control processes. Material Handling & Stocking • Order, receive, and stock components, consumables, and supply inventory aids for manufacturing. • Ensure materials are staged and available at point-of-use to support production schedules. • Monitor inventory levels and proactively replenish stock to prevent shortages. Production Support • Remove and document rejected materials from scrap bins according to company procedures. • Maintain cleanroom material flow standards, including proper labeling, segregation, and handling. • Collaborate with production leads and engineers to resolve material or documentation issues. Documentation & Compliance • Ensure all material transactions are recorded accurately and in compliance with internal procedures. • Support audits by maintaining organized, traceable records. • Follow cleanroom protocols and safety guidelines at all times. Qualifications • Experience with Fishbowl ERP or similar manufacturing/ERP systems. • Background in inventory control, material handling, or production administration. • Ability to work in a cleanroom environment and follow strict handling procedures. • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
