You will support the implementation of health, safety, environmental, and fire protection programs within a manufacturing site. This role helps maintain compliance, promotes a strong safety culture, and contributes to creating a safe and sustainable work environment. Responsibilities

Coordinate compliance with occupational health, safety, environmental, and fire protection regulations and company standards. Conduct routine workplace inspections and audits to identify risks and ensure compliance. Support the development and maintenance of HSE policies, procedures, and documentation. Deliver HSE training and awareness programs for employees and contractors. Promote a proactive safety culture through employee engagement and continuous improvement initiatives. Participate in health and safety risk assessments and track corrective actions. Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses and support implementation of preventive measures. Maintain ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 management system documentation and support internal and external audits.

Experience Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Safety, Environmental Engineering, Occupational Health, or equivalent experience. 4+ years of experience in a health, safety, and environment role, preferably within a manufacturing environment. Experience supporting ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 management systems and audit activities. Knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations, risk assessment methods, and incident investigation practices. Strong communication and training skills with the ability to work effectively across plant and shopfloor operations.
