In this position... Ford is building a new capability at the center of our enterprise AI strategy. Reporting into the Central AI Team's Director of AI Strategy, Enablement, & Workflow, the Senior Manager, AI Workflow Redesign is responsible for defining how AI and agentic solutions change the mechanics of work at Ford — who does what, in what sequence, with what handoffs — across Enterprise Bets and the functions that run them. This role sits between the technical build of an AI capability and the operational reality of a team's day-to-day work, translating what an agent or model can do into an improved workflow.
