We’re seeking someone to join our team as a Power Platform Developer to design, develop, and enhance enterprise business applications that drive operational efficiency, automation, and digital transformation across the Firm. This is a Software Engineering position at Associate III level, which is part of the job family responsible for developing and maintaining software solutions that support business needs. What you'll do in the role : •Design, develop, and support business applications using Microsoft Power Platform technologies. •Build and maintain Model Driven Apps, Canvas Apps, Business Process Flows, and Power Automate Cloud Flows. •Configure and manage user permissions and security roles within Power Platform solutions. •Architect and implement scalable solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI. •Integrate applications with enterprise systems using REST, Service Bus, HTTP, SOAP, and related technologies. •Participate in code reviews and contribute to the development of reusable assets and governance standards. •Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions. •Ensure adherence to SDLC, Agile, and CI/CD best practices throughout the development lifecycle. •Support production deployments, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives. What you'll bring to the role: •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field. •4+ years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform. •Expertise in Model Driven Apps, Business Process Flows, Cloud Flows, Canvas Apps, and Power Automate. •Strong experience configuring and managing user permissions and security models. •Experience designing and developing n-tier, database, and client-server applications. •Strong knowledge of application architecture and business solution design. •Experience with integration technologies including REST, Service Bus, HTTP, and SOAP. •Ability to develop reusable assets and contribute to governance and quality standards. •Knowledge of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and CI/CD practices. •Experience with Power Platform Plugins is preferred. •Hands-on Java experience is an asset. •Strong understanding of application and infrastructure design principles. •Exposure to modern technologies such as Cloud, AI/ML, and Microservices. •Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across business and technology teams. All our positions are located in Montreal, Quebec. We offer a hybrid work environment, combining remote work and attendance in the office. Knowledge of French and English is required.
