As a Transformation Analyst Sr Lead, you will lead complex enterprise transformation initiatives that align business strategy, operating models, and technology investments with organizational objectives. You will oversee a portfolio of transformation programs, establish priorities, drive execution, and measure outcomes across multiple stakeholders and functions. This role focuses on delivering sustainable business value through change leadership, operational excellence, digital innovation, and data-driven decision-making. Success is measured through transformation outcomes, organizational adoption, risk mitigation, and measurable business impact.

Lead a portfolio of strategic transformation initiatives aligned with business goals and long-term growth objectives. Establish transformation roadmaps, priorities, governance structures, and performance measures across programs. Drive enterprise-wide change management strategies to support adoption of new processes, technologies, and ways of working. Partner with senior leaders to evaluate opportunities, define objectives, and deliver measurable transformation outcomes. Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to address complex business and operational challenges. Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to improve alignment, communication, and execution across teams. Leverage advanced analytics, reporting, and performance metrics to guide strategic decisions and continuous improvement. Lead digital transformation efforts by integrating emerging technologies and promoting innovation across the organization. Build strategic partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to accelerate transformation objectives. Monitor program progress, resource allocation, dependencies, and organizational readiness to ensure successful delivery. What do you need: Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, technology, management, or equivalent practical experience. Extensive experience leading large-scale business transformation, strategic change, or enterprise program initiatives. Advanced expertise in portfolio management, organizational change management, and transformation governance. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into strategic actions. Demonstrated success influencing senior executives and leading cross-functional stakeholder engagement. Experience developing performance metrics, business cases, and outcome-based measurement frameworks. Strong risk management, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities in complex environments. Excellent communication, facilitation, negotiation, and leadership skills with the ability to drive organizational alignment. Professional certifications in project, program, portfolio, or change management. Experience leading global transformation initiatives across multiple regions and business units. Knowledge of digital transformation methodologies, operating model redesign, and process optimization. Experience with data visualization, business intelligence, and enterprise reporting platforms.
