What the day will look like • Structure, market, and place treaty reinsurance programs with local and international reinsurers. • Support clients with treaty renewals, reinsurance placements, and portfolio management needs. • Build and maintain strong relationships with insurance company clients and reinsurance market partners. • Negotiate reinsurance terms and conditions with reinsurers to achieve optimal outcomes for clients. • Collaborate with colleagues across Aon's regional and global network to deliver effective reinsurance solutions and market insights. • Contribute to business development initiatives and support the growth of existing client relationships.
