THE JOB: The Senior Manager Responsible Gaming is accountable for the execution, consistency, and continuous advancement of MGM Resorts International's responsible gaming education, awareness, and GameSense initiatives. This role leads the development, delivery, evaluation and ongoing refinement of training, content, surveys, and program materials, exercising independent judgment to prioritize work, identify opportunities for improvement, and drive alignment across properties and functions.   The Sr Manager operates with a high degree of autonomy and initiative.   The candidate partners with internal teams to translate corporate responsible gaming strategy into enterprise-wide, scalable and effective education and awareness execution for employees and guests. This role drives the continued evolution of the company's responsible gaming education and awareness efforts, shaping how responsible gaming training and awareness are delivered across the organization, with scope centered on execution rather than regulatory interpretation, formal audit ownership, or directing corporate responsible gaming strategy. THE DAY-TO-DAY: Lead and execute walkthroughs and evaluations of training, messaging, and supporting technology, exercising judgment to prioritize and advance education and awareness initiatives. Design and deliver responsible gaming and GameSense training sessions, workshops, and seminars for employees at all levels, translating     policy and principles into clear, relatable, and practical guidance. Own and evolve training materials, tools, job aids, tutorials, and instructional media across digital platforms, incorporating brand standards and tone to support clarity, engagement, and consistent understanding. Assess and drive improvements to training effectiveness using assessments, feedback, and prepare routine     and ad hoc reports to support ongoing refinement. Maintain awareness of industry best practices and regulatory developments related to responsible gaming education and awareness and recommend updates to content, materials, or delivery approaches as appropriate. Execute mystery shop activity to track employee application and lead cross-functional coordination with Information Technology and Database Marketing to implement guest awareness surveys. Drive targeted awareness initiatives for employees and defined guest populations across geographic markets, adapting messaging and delivery to align with approved program objectives. Serve as a representative for MGM Resorts at industry events, conferences, and property or community activities related to responsible gaming and problem gambling. Act as a liaison with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear, consistent communication related to responsible gaming education and awareness initiatives. Advance and mature education and awareness efforts through continuous refinement of content, delivery methods, and engagement approaches to meet evolving industry and regulatory needs. THE IDEAL CANDIDATE: Has a Bachelor's Degree in Business, learning & development, education, finance, or related field. Have 4+ Years of prior relevant experience Corporate training, responsible gaming, marketing, consulting, or other related functions. Proficiency with MS PowerPoint, Photoshop, Adobe, MS Word, and related programs. Ability to obtain gaming licensing in various regional jurisdictions, as necessary. Has a Master's Degree in Business, education, organizational development, public policy, or related field - Preferred. Have 5+ Years of prior relevant experience in Management
