Responsibilities & Impact: Senior Specialist plays a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of the team by assisting the team manager in daily activities and driving performance improvements. This position serves as a crucial point of contact in the manager's absence, offering mentorship and coaching to team members while maintaining high standards of contract management support for Sales. The Senior Specialist is responsible for the accurate entry of contract data into CPQ, managing global orders, and ensuring smooth transaction processing from deal creation to fulfillment. By actively tracking case statuses, monitoring escalations, and collaborating across departments, they facilitate timely resolutions to client inquiries and contractual issues. With a strong focus on adherence to the OTC ecosystem and meeting business SLAs, this role not only contributes to operational efficiency but also enhances the overall customer experience through proactive communication and compliance with pricing and legal standards. Ultimately, the Contract Support Senior Specialist is integral in fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability within the department, ensuring that all processes and workflows are regularly reviewed and optimized for success. You will play a critical role in: Assist the team manager in running day to day operational activities Help the team manager improve team performance through various tasks assigned to make the team and process more efficient Act as point of contact when the team manager is not available and also help with mentoring and coaching team members as needed Perform contract data entry in CPQ Responsible for all global orders, new, amendments and renewals, with an emphasis on Global majors, Strategic Customers, Large Regional Customer & highly complex orders for order resolution Track status of cases to ensure smooth transaction processing from quote creation to fulfillment Monitor escalations from Order Management to sales. Gather response or clarity from sales for prompt completion Assist sales with client resolutions to questions concerning products, billing, account/contract status, change of address, cancellation requests, refund requests, and all pertinent queries Provide the highest level of contract management support to Sales, regularly attend Sales Pipeline planning meeting & report status on key accounts both written & verbally as needed. 100% adherence to CPQ ecosystem and adoption of all service procedures that provides business partners with comprehensive and actionable solutions-oriented metrics. Meet or exceed business SLA’s and business process requirements through effective prioritization, timely problem resolution & follow all prioritization instructions Work across energy organization to resolve any sales contract management issues in a timely manner Contribute to regular review, suggestions, collaboration & updating of all processes & workflows within the department Provide information as needed for audit as required Completes other assignments as required and/or assigned. What We’re Looking For:
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, or equivalent education and experience 3–5 years of relevant work experience in contract management. . Experience working in a fast-paced environment supporting a Sales organization is preferred. Work schedule: EMEA shift Skills:
