As a Marine Construction Manager for PCL Constructors Westcoast Inc. in Richmond, British Columbia , you'll have the opportunity to contribute by leading the successful delivery of complex marine and waterfront infrastructure projects. In this role, you'll provide overall leadership for project planning, procurement, execution, commissioning, and closeout activities involving berths, jetties, wharves, docks, ferry terminals, marine foundations, pile-supported structures, shoreline infrastructure, and port facilities. Leads and promotes a strong safety culture while ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements. Oversees project execution to ensure work is delivered in accordance with design requirements, budget, schedule, quality standards, and client expectations. Develops and implements project execution plans, quality management plans, and risk mitigation strategies. Monitors project performance, including cost forecasts, schedules, productivity, workforce, equipment utilization, and material management. Leads change management, contract administration, claims resolution, procurement activities, and project controls processes. Develops and maintains relationships with clients, consultants, trade contractors, regulatory agencies, Indigenous groups, and other key stakeholders. Mentors, coaches, and develops project personnel while supporting recruitment, onboarding, succession planning, and leadership development. Supports project pursuits, estimates, proposals, and business development initiatives within the marine and infrastructure sectors. Leads construction activities for marine, waterfront, port, terminal, bridge, dredging, shoreline protection, and coastal infrastructure projects. Plans and executes marine construction work involving wharves, piers, docks, berths, jetties, ferry terminals, marine foundations, pile-supported structures, and related waterfront infrastructure.
