What You Will Do
Serve as the central point of contact and overall programme owner for the FlightSense contract, representing the programme both externally with the customer and internally across the aftermarket organization, including MROs, Engineering/Technical, Finance and senior management. Own overall Customer Satisfaction, Operational Performance and Financial Performance for the assigned FlightSense programmes, ensuring delivery against contractual commitments and business objectives. Accountable for the programme Customer Support Level (CSL) performance, ensuring contractual service levels are achieved and sustained. Partner with relevant repair and operational sites to identify performance gaps and ensure recovery plans are robust, achievable and effectively executed to restore CSL performance. Own the overall Estimate at Completion (EAC) financial performance of the programme, ensuring forecast performance remains aligned with the approved business plan and contractual commitments. Review monthly and quarterly cost performance, reliability trends, operational performance, improvement initiatives, customer fleet utilization and flying projections to assess their impact on the programme forecast and update the EAC financial model accordingly. Lead the programme governance and performance management cadence, including programme reviews, monthly CSL reviews, EAC reviews, Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), and other internal and customer-facing governance forums. Identify emerging operational, financial and contractual risks and drive cross-functional mitigation and recovery actions to protect programme performance and customer satisfaction. Lead performance penalty, service-level and other contractual alignment discussions, working closely with Commercial, Legal, Finance and senior leadership as required, both internally and with the customer. Support customer technical reviews and issue resolution, working with Collins product owners and technical experts to align on Service Bulletin incorporation, chargeable quotation disputes, technical recommendations and other product/service-related matters. Drive effective collaboration across the wider Integrated Programme Team (IPT), including Field Service Engineering, Airline Support, Sales and Business Development, to ensure a coordinated approach to customer support and programme delivery. Build strong, trusted relationships with key customer stakeholders, proactively communicating programme performance, risks, recovery actions and improvement opportunities. Identify and lead continuous improvement initiatives that enhance customer experience, operational performance and programme profitability.
Qualifications
You Must Have Typically requires a University Degree and a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience.
