Job Function: Finance Job Sub Function: Finance Business Partners Job Category: Professional All Job Posting Locations: Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, United States of America, Raritan, New Jersey, United States of America, Raynham, Massachusetts, United States of America, Warsaw, Indiana, United States of America, West Chester, Pennsylvania, United States of America Job Description: DePuy Synthes is recruiting for a Sr. Manager, ERP and Datahub, Finance Technology, located in Raynham, MA, with secondary locations in Raritan, NJ, and West Chester, PA.   This role provides senior leadership for the DPS S4 instance and Datahub and all associated functions, supporting DePuy Synthes Finance, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain activities. The Sr. Manager will drive operational excellence, risk management, and digital finance solutions that improve visibility, control, and scalability across manufacturing and finance environments. This is a high-impact role partnering closely with Finance, Operations, and IT leaders to enable data-driven decisions and resilient financial processes.

Design, implement, and support the DPS CFIN, S/4 and Datahub functions, including replication support, S/4 Finance, internal management adjustments, Common Information Model (CIM) derivations, currency translations, external interfaces, reconciliations and data models. Drive standardization, automation, and continuous improvement of finance processes.  Ensure strong internal controls, compliance, and governance across the DPS Datahub. Lead, coach, and develop a high‑performing team, fostering collaboration across Finance and IT. Provide senior‑level financial insights, dashboards, and analysis to support strategic and operational decision‑making.  Support enterprise initiatives related to digital finance transformation and system implementations impacting production finance.

Education   Required: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. Preferred: MBA or other advanced degree. Experience and Skills   Required:  Typically 8–10 years of progressive experience in SAP Finance, Datahub support, or financial technology, with demonstrated leadership responsibility. Experience supporting manufacturing, production, or supply chain finance in a complex, matrixed organization.  Strong knowledge of financial controls, risk management practices, Datahub design, and enterprise data model governance. Experience driving process improvement, standardization, and automation initiatives.  Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.  Preferred:  Experience with SAP S/4HANA and SAP BW/4HANA. Prior people‑management experience leading teams through change or transformation.  Experience working in a global or highly regulated organization.  Familiarity with MedTech, healthcare, or life sciences industries.  Exposure to digital finance or data analytics initiatives supporting operations.  Proven ability to lead cross‑functional initiatives and influence senior stakeholders.  Other:  Language: English required;
