Technical Sales Representative - Industrial

Sherwin-Williams is seeking a Technical Services Representative to drive sales growth and provide high-level technical support across our Valspar Industrial Mix (VIM) business throughout Australia and New Zealand. Reporting to the National Manager, VIM, this role is responsible for developing new business opportunities, supporting distributors, resellers and end-user customers, and delivering technical expertise across our product portfolio. The successful candidate will provide product training, conduct demonstrations, troubleshoot technical and performance issues, and build strong customer relationships to support continued market growth. This position plays a key role in expanding the VIM business by partnering with distributors and resellers to identify new account opportunities, maintaining accurate CRM records, and acting as a trusted technical advisor to customers. The role requires a strong automotive refinish background, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer outcomes. Regular travel throughout Australia is required, including occasional overnight stays, to support customers and business objectives.
