About this role: Wells Fargo is seeking a Technology Business Systems Consultant in Lending Solutions Group as part of Commercial Banking. As a member of the Production Support team, he/she will provide Tier3 production support to Loan IQ users and downstream consumers of Loan IQ data. This team Member will be a member of The Loan IQ production support team (“Production support”), within Commercial Banking. 5+ years of overall Business Systems / Technology experience, with deep specialization in Loan IQ and Commercial Lending platforms, demonstrated through production support, analysis, testing, or implementation roles. Significant hands‑on experience (3–4+ years) supporting Loan IQ operations, including production support, issue analysis, testing, and commercial lending workflows. Demonstrated experience supporting commercial lending platforms, preferably Loan IQ, in production support, analysis, testing, or implementation roles Strong understanding of commercial lending and Loan Accounting processes, including syndications, loan trading, origination, and servicing activities Proven SQL skills, including the ability to analyze data and develop or interpret complex queries for investigation and resolution of production issues Experience acting as a liaison between business, operations, technology, and application vendors to troubleshoot and resolve production issues Experience coordinating requirements, testing, and implementation for medium to large‑scale enterprise initiatives with multiple dependencies Hands‑on experience working in Agile delivery environments, including backlog refinement, sprint ceremonies, and defect management Familiarity with testing and defect tracking tools such as ALM and
