More about the role We are building one of the most ambitious enterprise Process Intelligence programs in the industry. As part of our global SAP S/4HANA transformation, we are creating a Digital Twin of our business—connecting SAP S/4HANA with every major enterprise application across our end-to-end value chain. Powered by Celonis Object-Centric Process Mining (OCPM) , this platform will provide real-time visibility into how our business operates, evolves during transformation, and delivers measurable business value. This is a rare greenfield opportunity where you won't simply join an existing team—you'll help shape the future of Process Intelligence by defining the technical foundations, engineering standards, and best practices for a global Process Mining Center of Excellence. More about the role As a Process Mining Engineer , you will play a key role in building the enterprise Digital Twin by: Creating the Digital Twin of a global enterprise Connecting SAP S/4HANA with a broad ecosystem of enterprise applications Leveraging Celonis Object-Centric Process Mining (OCPM) to unlock end-to-end process visibility Covering core business domains including Lead-to-Order, Order-to-Cash, Source-to-Pay, Plan-to-Fulfill and Record-to-Report Monitoring transformation progress across both legacy and future SAP landscapes Enabling value realization through enterprise-wide Process Intelligence Helping establish and grow our global Process Mining Center of Excellence We're looking for someone who combines strong technical expertise with a passion for solving business problems through data, Process Intelligence, and innovation. The ideal candidate is both hands-on and strategic , passionate about using process data and technology to identify inefficiencies, improve data quality, and drive enterprise-wide digital transformation What you'll do Design and implement enterprise-scale Process Mining solutions using Celonis. Build scalable data models and event logs for complex end-to-end business processes. Extract, transform and integrate data from SAP S/4HANA and multiple enterprise systems. Develop Object-Centric Process Mining (OCPM) data models. Translate business process requirements into technical implementations. Design and optimize ETL/data pipelines supporting Process Mining. Build analytical dashboards, KPIs and interactive Process Mining applications. Enable AI-powered Process Intelligence by creating trusted process data foundations for Generative AI, Agentic AI and intelligent automation. Ensure high data quality, performance, scalability and governance. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand process challenges and convert them into technical solutions. Support process discovery, conformance checking, bottleneck analysis and continuous improvement initiatives. Contribute to the development of reusable Process Mining standards, accelerators and best practices within the CoE.
What you'll need
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field. 4+ years of hands-on experience delivering Celonis Process
