About this role
Help shape the everyday experience of Supercell’s growing London office. This is a hands-on role for someone who loves making things happen, supporting great teams, and taking real ownership in an environment where no two days look quite the same. Supercell is looking for a Team Support professional to join our London office. As Team Support, you’ll take ownership of the day-to-day support of the office, from travel and team events to the countless practical details that keep things running smoothly. You’ll be the only Team Support based in London, so this is a role with plenty of independence and responsibility. But you won’t be doing it alone. You’ll be part of an experienced, caring Team Support team across Supercell, with colleagues to learn from and collaborate with. You’ll have the freedom to shape how support works locally, while staying closely connected with your colleagues in Helsinki and collaborating also with other people working with London operations. At Supercell, independent teams and trust are at the heart of how we work. The same applies to Team Support: you’ll have real ownership of your area and the freedom to decide how best to support the people around you. Most importantly, you’ll have the opportunity to make a visible difference to the experience of everyone working in our London office. If you enjoy helping people and figuring things out without needing a playbook for everything, you’ll probably feel at home here. In this job, no two days are alike. Send your CV as well as your application / motivational letter before the application deadline (Thursday, September 17th 2026 9:00 pm BST).
What You'll Be Doing
Own the day-to-day administrative support for our London office. Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, ground transportation, and the details in between. Plan and organise team days, offsites, internal events, and other moments that bring people together. Help colleagues navigate everyday practical questions, from benefits to general team support. Work closely with Team Support colleagues in Helsinki and with teams operating across London and Helsinki, including our live game teams Clash of Clans and Hay Day. Be a trusted local point of contact for colleagues, leads, and other stakeholders in London. Spot opportunities to improve how things work and take ownership of putting better solutions in place. What You Have Strong experience (minimum of 5 years) in team support, workplace or office coordination, travel arrangements, and/or event production. A service-minded approach and genuine enjoyment of helping others succeed. Excellent organisational skills and close attention to detail. When you take something on, people can trust that it will get done. The ability to manage several priorities at once and make good calls about what needs attention first. Confidence working independently and taking responsibility, including in situations where there isn’t an existing process or obvious answer. Strong communication skills in English and the ability to build trusted relationships with people across teams, disciplines, and locations. A collaborative and humble way of working, with a willingness to ask for input, share context, and step in where you can help. Enthusiasm and preferably also previous experience for working in an international environment with colleagues across multiple countries or offices. You're actively using AI tools in your day-to-day work, and excited about experimenting with new ways AI can improve how we work. Would Be Nice if You Also Have Experience supporting a growing office or building support practices in an environment that is still evolving. Experience coordinating complex international travel. Where You'll Be This role is based in our London studio and is a full-time, permanent position. Because this role is all about supporting the people and everyday life in the office, we expect you to spend most of your working time onsite
