Due to strategic growth and increasing project demand, we are seeking a BIM Modeller - Building Services to join our National Building Engineering team. This role can be based in Brisbane or Melbourne Work in a multidisciplinary design services team providing Building Services BIM modelling services to clients in Defence, Healthcare, Aviation, Education, Commercial and Civil Infrastructure projects. Assist with the development and modification of BIM models, drawings and project documentation throughout design and construction phases. Work closely with BIM technicians, designers and engineers to produce accurate models that support project objectives and key performance outcomes. Assist with creating and modifying 3D models, renderings and visual content for project presentations, proposals and client deliverables. Support BIM standards, processes and coordination activities while developing your technical capability within a collaborative team environment.

The qualities that help you thrive: Technical qualifications from an approved TAFE or educational institution, or relevant Building Services industry experience. Candidates currently undertaking or considering further study are encouraged to apply. Demonstrated experience using Autodesk Revit within a Building Services environment is essential.Prior exposure to Mechanical, Electrical, Fire Protection and/or Hydraulic Building Services projects is highly regarded. Ability to produce accurate BIM models and documentation under guidance while maintaining attention to detail.Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with engineers, designers and BIM stakeholders. Previous experience with Revizto, Navisworks, Dynamo and Power BI is advantageous. Given the nature of the projects, Australian Citizenship is preferred, with current defence clearance highly regarded.
