Job Summary: This job engages with their team to contribute to facility management solutions and suggest efficiencies. They follow standard procedures while exercising judgment in daily tasks. This role assists in implementing maintenance strategies and collaborates on projects that enhance the safety and productivity of facilities, ensuring a supportive environment for occupants. Job Description: Essential Responsibilities: Ensure all facilities are operated and maintained according to established standards and procedures. Develop and update standards and procedures as business and customer needs evolve. Help monitor and maintain facility systems, such as electrical, plumbing, and HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning). Ensure buildings are presentable, clean, safe, and suitable for occupants and visitors. Track, forecast, and prepare budgets for facility operations. Purchase supplies, issue purchase orders, and approve and reconcile invoices. Support special projects and strategic initiatives within the portfolio. Report all matters related to sites, risks, projects, budgets, and details to the Onsite Facilities Manager. Minimum Qualifications: 1+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience.
