In the role of Sr. Customer Supply Analyst - Export, working in Milwaukee, WI, you will be part of the Exports Customer Supply team. You will support day-to-day customer supply execution for key export customers across the globe, with an emphasis on Latin American markets. Responsibilities include order fulfillment, inventory availability, deployment coordination, and performance reporting. You will partner closely with commercial teams, breweries, logistics providers, and external customers to support reliable product availability and an exceptional customer experience across export markets.
This position reports to the Sr. Manager LATAM Customer Supply and works closely with supply chain teams, commercial teams, breweries, logistics providers, and external partners.
What you'll be Brewing
• Responsible for creating and influencing the inventory plan within our network or with customers to meet the requirements of the supply plan with focus in achieving targeted customer service levels while optimizing resource utilization and maintaining supply chain effectiveness.
• Create and monitor the execution of inventory movements for streamlined distribution within the supply network and to customers.
• Influence and manage inventory levels with customers within set parameters to ensure service is met with minimal obsolescence.
• Report on key metrics and develop reports for the customer supply chain, to monitor in-stock %, forecast and coverage levels with customers.
• Track and facilitate timely execution of promotions and new innovations at deployment level with customers and collaborate with our internal commercial and supply chain functions to ensure flawless execution.
• Own the relationship with your assigned customer or area and be the expert for the business within your area of scope.
• Work in conjunction and collaborate with warehouse and distribution teams to resolve issues and ensure we execute to plan.
Key Ingredients
• 3-5 years of relevant Supply Chain experience within inventory management, demand planning, supply chain planning, and/or customer service.
• A relevant degree, diploma or accreditation in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or other relevant field of study
• Excellent communication, analytical skills, attention to detail and ability to work well with cross functional teams
• Advanced Excel, reporting and dashboard creation skills, ability to manipulate complex data sets into meaningful business insights, reports and KPIs
• SAP or relevant inventory system management experience
• Working knowledge of export requirements, customer documentation, and international order fulfillment processes.
• Spanish language fluency.
