* Role-model Netflix’s culture of innovation, combining strategic thinking with “roll up your sleeves” execution
* Ensure accuracy and integrity of org data in Workday to enable effective reporting, insights, and decision-making
* Be a key partner in onboarding and mobilizing short-term hires, ensuring a smooth, consistent employee experience
* Work independently across locations and functions, staying highly collaborative, adaptable, and effective amid change and ambiguity
* Use good judgment, a first-principles mindset, data, and strong communication skills to make informed decisions and bring clarity to complex topics

* Ability to influence and build trust at all levels, demonstrating excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills aligned with Netflix’s culture
* Solid understanding of Korean labor laws and regulations, with the ability to balance compliance with Netflix’s values and approach
* Comfortable operating in fast-paced, highly ambiguous, and matrixed global environments; able to adapt quickly while maintaining operational excellence
* Demonstrated ability to lead through change, working autonomously and proactively to identify and address issues before they escalate
* Proven coaching and consulting skills to support talent
