DEPARTMENT OVERVIEW Building a World-Class, Diverse and Inclusive Technology Team at TD. TD Securities provides capital markets products and services to corporate, government, and institutional clients globally. Within Corporate & Investment Banking, our Technology teams deliver secure, scalable, and resilient solutions that support business growth, operational excellence, and risk management. Technology Operations & Risk (TOR) partners across Technology, Risk, Audit, Compliance, and Business teams to strengthen governance, improve controls, support regulatory commitments, and drive operational excellence. ABOUT THIS ROLE The Corporate & Investment Banking Technology team is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to support the Technology Operations & Risk (TOR) function. In this role, you will partner with technology leaders, business stakeholders, risk and compliance teams, and audit partners to support risk management, governance, audit remediation, control oversight, and regulatory initiatives. You will help drive process improvements, reporting enhancements, and automation opportunities that improve efficiency, transparency, and execution across the organization.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Support initiatives across Risk Factory, Tech Factory, Control Factory, KRIs, attestations, control exceptions, audit remediation, and regulatory commitments. Gather and document business requirements, perform analysis, and recommend process improvements. Develop and maintain dashboards, metrics, and executive reporting. Track and report on remediation activities, governance actions, and risk mitigation plans. Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and improve operational efficiency. Collaborate with technology, business, risk, audit, and compliance stakeholders to deliver key initiatives. Support governance forums, presentations, status reporting, and executive communications. Analyze data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
QUALIFICATIONS
Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience in Business, Technology, Information Systems, or a related field. Experience in business analysis, technology operations, risk management, governance, audit, or compliance. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Experience gathering requirements, documenting processes, and driving process improvements. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience with reporting, dashboards, data analysis, and process automation is an asset. Experience supporting audit remediation, KRIs, regulatory commitments, or governance programs is an asset.
